Front desk staff was very nice, both night and morning. Dryers for guest were not working, but housekeeping dried out clothes for us.

Everything was great except that the mattress was unbearably soft and I woke up with an extreme backache. The catering for the conference was very good. The staff was friendly, competent, and efficient. They went our of their way to be helpful.

Kathy was very helpful checking in and the convention area was really nice for the New Years Eve show we attended. I would definitely come again, it was the perfect stay!

We stay here quite a bit. I have family in the area and my kids look forward to "the pirate ship hotel." As far as Ramadas go, this place is always very clean, offers a wonderful breakfast and feels very safe. The pool is great for kids.

The staff are so nice. The beds are so comfortable and the rooms are clean. The breakfast is fabulous! I will stay here every time I go to Columbus.
